Express Bodywork Sessions:

15 or 30 minute custom treatment for the employee's needs that day.   With the goal of assisting the employee in bringing their body back into balance to either relieve or prevent pain, we will relax or stretch tight muscles and activate or strengthen weak muscles.  A link will be emailed directly to the employee with stretches &/or exercises to equip them for continued progress.   No clothes change required, 

$120/hour 4 hour minimum, mileage fee may apply.
